Please register using the Air Tribune website then pay the  AU$270 entry fee.
Entry fees are fully refundable until 2 weeks before the event start date, regret no refunds after that

Pilots are also required to be members of the local NEVHGC club to be able to fly the Mystic site.


Registration will be at the Bright Community Centre HQ from  – 8pm to 9pm on Fri, 11 January. Pre registration can be done any time, email for pre registration details

At registration there will be pilot maps and waypoint downloads. You can download from the website before hand to save time

At registration we will need to see your:

  • Competition payment
  • HGFA membership
  • NEVHGC membership

We will not have facilities to take HGFA renewals or Visiting Pilot Memberships, this must be done with the HGFA ( before registration

NEVHGC membership

You can join online at NEVHGC.
Their website accepts Paypal / VISA / Mastercard or Internet Bank transfer
The competition organisation will require evidence of payment, a Paypal / VISA / Mastercard transaction will be recognised immediately however an internet bank transfer is not applied until received at the NEVHGC bank account.
